Confidence in job security on the rise for part-timers

CMI: Part-time workers have increased job security and confidence in their career progression, according to new research.  Its figures showed that 76 per cent of part-time workers are now confident in their job security compared to 75 per cent of full-time workers. The study also highlighted a possible gender inequality, with 78 per cent of men optimistic about their prospects, compared with just 73 per cent of women.
