Jahad specialises in employment and discrimination law. He advises businesses on all aspects of employment law including discrimination, equal pay, whistleblowing, unfair dismissal, redundancy, TUPE, industrial disputes and breach of contract claims. He acts for clients in a wide range of sectors including luxury brands, retail, real estate and niche financial institutions. He also acts for senior executives.

He has extensive experience of litigating in the Employment Tribunal, the Employment Appeal Tribunal and the High Court. He has written widely on employment law issues. He regularly speaks at conferences and seminars and provides bespoke training on employment and equality issues.
