I am the founder of CobraHR. Over the last 15 years, I have worked for several organisations in various HR management and leadership roles. Throughout this period of time, I have established myself as a respected HR professional.
Given my vast experience and ability to make an impact, I decided it was the right time to start my interim and consultancy career. I enjoy leading business critical HR projects and providing support through peak trading periods and business transformation.
I am a trusted adviser who has delivered high profile projects. I have gained significant operational and strategic experience, working within the UK and/or global matrix structures. I also have experience working with Trade Unions.
I am ambitious, commercially focused and I have a pragmatic approach to people management.
I have a Masters degree in Human Resource Management from Middlesex University and a level 7 employment law certificate from the CIPD/ICS. I am a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and a Chartered Manager of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).
I am passionate about developing the HR profession and I regularly take part in activities to help develop other HR practitioners. Recently, I have held various HR development workshops; I have been a commentator for case studies/quotes for the national media/professional bodies and I am a mentor.
