I am the founder of CobraHR. Over the last 15 years, I have worked for several organisations in various HR management and leadership roles. Throughout this period of time, I have established myself as a respected HR professional. Given my vast experience in the areas that I specialise in, I felt it was the right time to start my own company.
I have been a trusted adviser who has delivered high profile projects. I have gained significant operational and strategic experience, working within UK and/or global matrix structures. I have worked in shared service and generalist HR structures. I also have experience working with Trade Unions.
My main areas of expertise include: value creation, employee relations, change management, systems and processes. I am ambitious, commercially focused and I have a pragmatic approach to people management.
I have a Masters degree in Human Resource Management from Middlesex University and a level 7 employment law certificate from the CIPD/ICS. I am a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and a Chartered Manager of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).
I have held various HR workshops around the UK to help develop HR practitioners and I am a regular commentator for case studies/quotes for the national media and professional bodies.
