I am seeking HR assignments to lead business critical HR projects, providing support through peak trading periods and business transformation.

  • Employment disputes – Employment advice to line managers, investigations, disciplinaries, grievances and Employment Tribunal preparation;
  • Redundancy/restructuring – Both individual and collective;
  • TUPE, merger & acquisition Due diligence preparation, transfer in/out of services;
  • Terms and conditions – HR policies, letter templates and employee handbook updates. 

Change Management

  • Business partnering/troubleshooting – Embedded new ways of working and coaching senior leaders/senior management teams;
  • Mega growth and downturns – Advised and supported organisations to maximise profit and productivity;
  • Workforce planning – Forecasted future needs across resourcing and people priorities;
  • Employee engagement – Annual staff and quarterly pulse surveys.

Systems and Processes

  • ICT HR Systems Project managed the system implementation of HRIS (core system, time and attendance and applicant tracking system);
  • MI/KPI reporting/dashboards – Various HR metrics.


  • Outsourced Recruitment to RPOs outside of the UK;
  • Recruitment and selection – Process mapped and streamlined this process.
