Workplace mediation is an informal voluntary process, where an accredited mediator facilitates a meeting between two or more employees to help them with resolving a workplace conflict or a dispute.
The focus is to address the underlying root cause(s) of the workplace conflict or dispute, using joint problem-solving to help employees find solutions that are mutually agreeable to each side.

The cost for the workplace mediation is agreed in advance, so you don't have to worry about any hidden charges. As a guide, this can cost as little as what you would spend engaging a solicitor for circa 4 hours work.
My mediation work is covered by an indemnity insurance policy of £2 million. As an accredited workplace mediator, I abide by the European Code of Conduct for Mediators, which you can view by clicking here.

I undertake various interim senior HR roles (inside/outside IR35) such as HR Director, Head of HR, Senior HRBP (or equivalent senior level roles). I can provide temporary cover within 24 hours and my day rate is competitive.
