HR Experience
Over the last 15+ years, I have worked for several private and not-for-profit sector organisations in various leadership roles. The headcount size of the organisations have ranged from 200 to 10,000 employees.
I enjoy leading business critical HR projects; including providing interim support through peak trading periods and business transformation. I have gained significant operational and strategic experience, working within the UK and/or global matrix structures. I also have experience working with Trade Unions. I'm ambitious, commercially focused and I have a pragmatic approach to people management.
I am passionate about developing the HR profession and I regularly take part in activities to help develop other HR practitioners. Recently, I have held various HR development workshops with the CIPD and I am also a student mentor for Middlesex University.

Workplace Mediation Experience
Throughout my HR career, I have gained a lot of experience in resolving workplace conflict and disputes through mediation and facilitated discussions.
The types of workplace conflict and disputes that I have supported have varied and every situation has presented different challenges. I have found the reasons why these issues tend to occur and escalate is due to a lack of communication and early intervention.
My previous work experience of working in HR, as a line manager and an external consultant allows me to see issues from different perspectives. This enables me to quickly identify the root cause(s) of workplace conflict and/or disputes, which helps the individuals to find a mutually agreeable way forward.
